I totally forgot to tell you guys who came to the book fair this year.

Last year the international comic creator invited was Colleen Doran ('A distant soil' creator), as i had told you (i miss Colleen so much ). She was so much fun.

This year the invited artist was David Lloyd. Don't you know who it is?
He is the artist of 'V for vendetta'.

Really good artist, and down to earth guy.

A bit introspective at times though, ... but i guess it has to do with his willingness to watch people interact, to learn and understand their back stories, at least that's what he said,... ( i have that sometimes too... introspective person too),... and we are quite a tight group, so maybe he just didn't want to interrupt.

There was another invited artist, Marco Avoletta. Not much known but had a really interesting book and technique.

Waiting to see who's gonna be here next year.

On other news.

Remember i worked for nine months in an embroidery worshop?
The one where some of my co-workers were left without pay for almost 5 months?

Well it went bankrupt and closed.
God works in misterious ways indeed.
I guess leaving it was the right choice at the right time.
That window was well closed, when i decided it to.

At least i have a job now. I wouldn't even have unemployment money if i had stayed there.

That's life for you.
